Hideyoshi actually does say romantic things with Chacha later, but it's too late!! This already happened!! \(Ò_Ó)/ My mind is already ruined forever.

Ue-sama is his true love forever, but he knows he can't have him, so he distracts himself with women all day long.

(besides, wasn't there a rumour that Oichi had an affair with Nobu and had Chacha as a result? Maybe Hide just believed that rumour because he went so crazy...)
